Used to use myp2p (gret site) who have run into legal problems and no longer list Premier League matches… Anyone have another good site(s) which has Sopcast links on – preferably some with English commentary?

Answer by Paul: There is no way to enhance the actual quality of the video or audio with software. To get better quality, you need to find a site that will stream higher quality video. The quality of the video is determined by the website, and they have limited bandwidth. Bandwidth costs money. High quality takes more bandwidth, so you may have to pay for high quality streaming video, especially for things like pro sports.
